• Hotel, transport, and third-party supplier cancellation charges will be deducted wherever applicable.
• Processing of approved refunds may take 7–14 business days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Reach pickup locations on time.
• Follow the instructions of drivers, guides, and tour coordinators.
• Maintain proper behaviour throughout the journey.
• Pay for any damages caused to vehicles, hotel property, or equipment due to negligence.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Dun Safar Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Landslides
• Floods
• Heavy snowfall
• Road closures
• Traffic congestion
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Weather conditions

Additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carrying all necessary identification documents, permits, medical certificates, or any documents required for their journey.
